Brian Tracy's famous quote says, "Teamwork is so important that it is virtually impossible for you to reach the heights of your capabilities without becoming very good at it." From the article, it sounds like you have done just that. I wish that we could have seen you play. Hopefully you will be going to school close to home next year so that we can join the fans cheering you on. Have a great last few months of high school! As your long time neighbor watching you grow up, I have seen the drive and determination in you that the article speaks of, and that has brought you to these successes. In future years when you are playing for some big team, I'll be able to say "That guy used to practice all the time on the net on our driveway!" The article also speaks of others relying on you and looking up to you. You are a leader, Mike, and with that role comes great responsibility, both on and off the court. I know you can handle it.
